One day Mindful Bodies retreats
This one day session is designed to give you the basics of our programme, the motivation to get start making life changes and give you the tools and techniques to follow your own Change programme.
Six month intensive programmes
This comprehensive programme allows you to explore the commmon issues related to food and body issues and provides you with a personal plan with ongoing support.
One to one sessions
For those who prefer a more personal approach, a private session can be booked, either by phone, Skype or face to face.
